Lucio Fontana 

Born in 1899 in Rosario, Argentina, with an Italian father, a sculptor by training, he spent most of his life in Milan.

Using all possibilities of polychrome sculpture (clay, ceramics, mosaic) and collaborating with architects, it is one of the first Italian abstract artists in the 1930s He spent World War II in Argentina.
