From 1993 to 1996, she designed the interior layout of showrooms, restaurants and shops, in Spain, France and Japan.
In 1996, she directs the associated design group Lissoni and Works for: Alessi, Antares-Flos, Artelano, Boffi, Cappellini, Cassina and Kartell.
Patricia Urquiola's son founded his own studio in 2001 in Milan.
